Mildred L. Loucks was the mother of Shirley J. Loucks, who, at the age of 18, married Marvin Bell. The couple had two sons, Jeffrey Bell and Raymond Bell.
Raymond Bell inherited his grandmother's renowned recipe for Apple Butter, which he began producing for family and friends during festive seasons. As the reputation of his Apple Butter grew, Raymond decided to establish a business to pay tribute to his grandmother and her celebrated recipe.
Jeffrey Bell, hailing from Memphis, Tennessee, pursued a career in competitive barbeque. He has attained the distinguished title of Award-Winning Pit-Master and has also obtained certification as a Barbeque Judge.
The Bell Brothers unified their family recipes to create Bells Barbeque Apple Butter BBQ Sauce. Additionally, they have introduced their award-winning BBQ Rub, utilized by Pit-Master Jeffrey Bell, as well as their latest offering, Bell's Dundee Marmalade BBQ Sauce—a sophisticated blend of orange-lemon marmalade and 12-year-old Scotch.
